LBW Consultants, formed on 18 March 1996 , aspires to provide high quality Civil, Structural, Project Management and golf course design services to the satisfaction of our Clients. The Company was awarded ISO 9001 certification by Construction Industry Development Board (now known as Building and Construction Authority) on 2 February 1999 .

The company was converted to LBW Consultants LLP on 16 January 2006 .

The partners, Er. Lee Bee Wah, Er. Yee Kai Wai and Er. Teng Chee Wai have vast combined working experience on a wide variety of projects ranging from design, construction and project management of industrial park, resorts including golf courses, residential, commercial, industrial developments, schools and environmental engineering works. With our Golf Course Architect, Mr. Chris Pitman, on board, we are offering complete design services for golf course.

Ms Lee is also the Board Member of the Professional Engineers Board from 1999 – 2000 & 2006-2008, President of the Institution of Engineers Singapore from 24 May 2008, Deputy President of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) 2007/2008, Vice President of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) from 2000 - 2004 and 2006 - 2008, Council Member of IES for 1996 – 2000 and 2005/2006, Chairman of the IES Construction Group 2006 – 2008, Chairman of the IES International Relations & Publicity committee 2005/2006, Chairman of the IES Civil & Structural Technical Committee for 1998 – 2000, Advisor to IES Civil & Structural Technical Committee for 2004, President of the Nanyang Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni 1998 – 2007 and currently Association Advisor to the Nanyang Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni
